A face-to-face comparison between neck position PUs stock Gibson 490R and Seymour Duncan Pearly Gates. Moreover changed from modern wiring (with 490R) to 50s wiring (with PG) and replaced ceramic capacitors with paper foil (.022uf bridge, .012uf neck). Results: Much more "air", more defined sound, less boomy, more harmonics. Perfect match with the bridge TVJones PU!!!!
