Recorded with my Sony handycam close to my Hartke hidrive kickback 2-10 combo amp. I'm running through a Boss LMB-3 and a Sansamp bass driver DI. I think the basslines pickups were a little closer to the strings so I got some distortion. both pickups on full and tone on full. MEC EQ flat. IMO, the MEC's sound more honky and the basslines have a tighter bottom end and a brighter hi-end. I like them both.
